1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using the "Calendar" application (hereinafter, the "Application"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to any of these terms, you must not use the Application.

2. License of Use

GSSI.es ("the Company") grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to use the Application on your compatible devices under your own control and in accordance with these Terms.

3. Use of the Application

You agree not to:

• Use the Application illegally or for unlawful purposes.
• Attempt to bypass the technological security measures of the Application or the operating system.
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the software.

4. Abbonamenti e Pagamenti (Apple App Store)

La nostra applicazione offre abbonamenti con rinnovo automatico (es. "Calendar Pro Annuale" o "Mensile"). Il pagamento verrà addebitato sul tuo account ID Apple alla conferma dell'acquisto.

Rinnovo automatico: L'abbonamento si rinnova automaticamente a meno che non venga annullato almeno 24 ore prima della fine del periodo corrente. Il tuo account verrà addebitato per il rinnovo entro le 24 ore precedenti la fine del periodo in corso.

Cancellazione e Gestione: Gli abbonamenti possono essere gestiti dall'utente e il rinnovo automatico può essere disattivato andando nelle Impostazioni dell'Account dell'utente sull'App Store dopo l'acquisto. Qualsiasi parte non utilizzata di un periodo di prova gratuito, se offerto, verrà persa quando l'utente acquista un abbonamento.

5. Disclaimer

The Application is provided "as is" and "as available". Although we strive to provide a high-quality product, GSSI.es does not guarantee that the Application will be error-free, uninterrupted, or meet your specific requirements.

GSSI.es assumes no responsibility for data loss, missed events, appointments, unissued alerts, or any other indirect damages resulting from the use of the Application.

6. Intellectual Property

All code, design, text, graphics, logos, and other materials contained in the Application and on this website are the exclusive property of GSSI.es and are protected by intellectual property laws.

7. Modifications of Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. Your continued use of the Application following any modification will constitute your acceptance of such changes.

8. Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the applicable laws of Spain. Any dispute arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in said jurisdiction.
