1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using the "Calendar" application (hereinafter, the "Application"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to any of these terms, you must not use the Application.

2. License of Use

GSSI.es ("the Company") grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to use the Application on your compatible devices under your own control and in accordance with these Terms.

3. Use of the Application

You agree not to:

• Use the Application illegally or for unlawful purposes.
• Attempt to bypass the technological security measures of the Application or the operating system.
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the software.

4. Συνδρομές και Πληρωμές (Apple App Store)

Η εφαρμογή μας προσφέρει συνδρομές με αυτόματη ανανέωση (π.χ. "Calendar Pro Ετήσιο" ή "Μηνιαίο"). Η πληρωμή θα χρεωθεί στον λογαριασμό Apple ID σας κατά την επιβεβαίωση της αγοράς.

Αυτόματη ανανέωση: Η συνδρομή ανανεώνεται αυτόματα εκτός εάν ακυρωθεί τουλάχιστον 24 ώρες πριν από το τέλος της τρέχουσας περιόδου. Ο λογαριασμός σας θα χρεωθεί για την ανανέωση εντός 24 ωρών πριν από το τέλος της τρέχουσας περιόδου.

Ακύρωση και Διαχείριση: Μπορείτε να διαχειριστείτε τις συνδρομές σας και να απενεργοποιήσετε την αυτόματη ανανέωση μεταβαίνοντας στις Ρυθμίσεις Λογαριασμού στο App Store μετά την αγορά. Οποιοδήποτε αχρησιμοποίητο τμήμα μιας δωρεάν δοκιμαστικής περιόδου θα χαθεί όταν αγοράσετε μια συνδρομή.

5. Disclaimer

The Application is provided "as is" and "as available". Although we strive to provide a high-quality product, GSSI.es does not guarantee that the Application will be error-free, uninterrupted, or meet your specific requirements.

GSSI.es assumes no responsibility for data loss, missed events, appointments, unissued alerts, or any other indirect damages resulting from the use of the Application.

6. Intellectual Property

All code, design, text, graphics, logos, and other materials contained in the Application and on this website are the exclusive property of GSSI.es and are protected by intellectual property laws.

7. Modifications of Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. Your continued use of the Application following any modification will constitute your acceptance of such changes.

8. Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the applicable laws of Spain. Any dispute arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in said jurisdiction.
